Steps to apply for the Certificado de Movimientos Migratorios
Go to the Single Procedure Form website here.
Select the option for "Certificate of Migration Movements" and the Migración Colombia office in the city closest to your residence. Remember that once the document is ready, you will need to go there in person to collect it.

In the personal information section, the form must be completed exactly as it appears in your passport or the identity document you will attach.
After this section, there is a question regarding authorization to send information via email.
You must select "YES" and provide your email address so that all communications related to this procedure are sent there.

There are three types of Migratory Movements certificate:

Attach the identification document that corresponds to your case (passport, Colombian citizenship ID, or foreigner's ID). This document must be in PDF format and no larger than 1MB. Accept the terms and conditions and click “CONTINUE.”

You must make the payment immediately after completing the form to ensure the request is processed correctly. Save the payment receipt and the FUT number generated at the end of the form.
After a few days, you will receive an email from Migración Colombia indicating that the document is ready for pickup. An email like this:

After this, you must go in person to the Migración Colombia office with your passport, payment receipt, and FUT number and the Migración Officer will deliver the document physically to you.
